    Challenge

    Amateur cyclists want to train like pros, but a personal coach is expensive and generic plans don't work. The product had to be smart yet simple to use.

    Solution

    We designed and built the MVP: sign-up, AI plan generation based on goal and form, race calendar and Garmin activity sync. UX built around what the athlete needs to do today.

    Result

    A working product in users' hands in three weeks, not six months. The client validates the business on real data and we ship new features based on feedback.
